Singer Adele has backtracked on her claim that she will take a five-year break from singing, revealing that she is heading “straight into the studio”.
The award winning singer told fans that she will be recording new material shortly after her appearance at the Brit Awards on February 21.
“I’ve a few days off now, and then it’s the Brit Awards here at home and then I’m straight into the studio” Adele wrote on her official blog.
“BOYYAHH! 5 years? More like 5 days!” she added.
Adele also opened up about her wins at the Grammy Awards.
“Oh goodness! I’m absolutely flabbergasted” she continued. “I keep having flashbacks to Sunday night. The most incredible night of my life” she added.
