The Black Eyes Peas have apparently launched a lawsuit against their former financial advisor with claims that they were cheated out of over $3 million!
Apparently their advisor Sean M Larkin cost them the money when he did not file federal and state income tax returns for them between 2002 and 2009.
A representative for the stars said that they were “falsely represented… on numerous occasions that he was taking care of everything and that they had nothing to worry about”.
Larkin was finally fired after failing to handle astronomical tax bills in 2009.
The band are now demanding that Larkin provide them with their financial records, in order for them to complete business returns for their touring company.
