Aidan and Oonagh in the Morning caught up with the lead singer of Apella – Dara Quilty – for an emotional and engaging chat about the band’s new single ‘Point Of View’ and the release of the upcoming album ‘1963’. Dara explained how the name of the album ‘1963’ is inspired by his mum and the year pays tribute to the year she was born. Dara went on to explain how his mom, who is living with cancer, has been a huge support to Dara throughout his whole life in every-way from supporting his big career changes to when he decided to quit school to pursue his music career. This record is going to be released via ApellaMusic.com and 100% of the profits will be donated to the Marie Keating Foundation.
