Summer is BBQ season when your friends and family gather to fire up the garden grill.
But if you don’t handle or cook your burgers and chicken skewers correctly, you or your mates could be struck down with food poisoning.
Food poisoning cases tend to peak in the summer months as the warmer weather creates the perfect breeding ground for bacteria to multiply.
