Emotional night ahead as Manchester Arena reopens for charity gig

Noel Gallagher will headline a special concert tonight to raise money for a permanent memorial to those who died.

22 people were killed and 250 injured when suicide bomber Salman Abedi let off an explosive at an Ariana Grande gig.

Restrictions on backpacks and bags entering the arena will be in place, and there will be extra security and screenings.
