Louise took The Hub on the road as part of iGoHome and returned to Galway City, where she’s lived for over a decade.

She visited one of her favourite food joints, Dough Bros.

If you’ve visited Galway, you’ll more than likely know it.

There’s often queues outside Dough Bros’ restaurant on Middle Street and it’s no wonder – their beautiful pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and cooked up in a massive Italian wood-fired oven.
