The National Lotto are urging people in the area to check their tickets!

The National Lottery has confirmed that it’s still waiting to hear from the Westmeath Lotto jackpot winner who won €6.4 million in the draw on Saturday 22nd May.

The winning Quick Pick ticket was bought on Thursday 20th May at the Applegreen service station in the Arcadia Retail Park in Athlone.

The Lake county win marked the start of a three-in-a-row sweep of Lotto jackpot wins over the last three Saturdays.

Tomorrow’s Lotto jackpot is set to roll to an estimated €2.5 million.

Pandemic Unemployment Payment

A National Lottery spokesperson said:

“It’s been an exciting few weeks for Lotto players all over the country with three jackpots won over the course of the last three weekends.”

“Could tomorrow night’s draw bring this total to four? We are continuing to urge all of our players in Westmeath to check their tickets carefully from the 22nd May draw.”
