"Who’s Listening?" is a documentary series that shares the stories of the people whose jobs are to listen to our problems.

Who's Listening?

As these people support us through our worries, how do they handle their own? As part of "Who's Listening?", Fionnuala Corbett spoke to Pieta House workers, a school guidance counsellor, a GP, a priest, and a guidance counsellor and psychotherapist, to find out about the challenges and rewards of always being a listening ear.

In episode 4, Fr. Séamus McEntee, a chaplain at DCU, talks us through how he handles the different pressures of his role, including hearing difficult confessions, juggling different duties and dealing with loneliness.

Episodes 1, 2 and 3 are available on www.iradio.ie and the series will finish up with episode 5 on Friday August 14th at 9pm.
