The burials will take place on Friday and Saturday.

Two separate funerals will take place for three family members who died in an apparent murder-suicide in Cork, on Monday.

Requiem mass for 56-year-old Tadgh and 23-year-old Diarmuid O'Sullivan will take place at St Mary's Church in Castlemagner on Friday at 2.30pm, with burial afterwards in St Brigid's Cemetery nearby.

And a funeral for 26-year-old Mark O'Sullivan will take place at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Kanturk on Saturday at 3.30pm.

A stream of Mark's funeral will be made available online.

It's the belief of Gardaí that Mark was shot in his bedroom by either Diarmuid O’Sullivan or his father or both, early Monday morning.

The indications are that Tadgh and Diarmuid died a short time later after they were found with gunshot wounds in a nearby field.

The three men are survived by Mr O’Sullivan’s widow, Ann, described as the “heartbroken wife” of Mr O’Sullivan and “heartbroken mother” of Mark and Diarmuid.
