Would you be well?

Someone in Cork has done the unforgiveable and ordered a full roast dinner … on a pizza.

Deliveroo has revealed some of the strangest pizza orders they’ve received ahead of National Cheese Pizza Day on September 5th. Here are the weird and wonderful orders that they’ve got in to date:

The Full-On Roast

What’s better than a roast dinner? A roast dinner on a pizza! One innovative man in Cork City asked that the restaurant decorate his pizza with a generous spread of roast chicken and carrots instead of the usual toppings like pepperoni and mozarella. And you thought pineapple on pizza was a sin?

Ketchup Pizza

Instead of the tasty dedicated pizza sauce, a ketchup fanatic near Stephen’s Green in Dublin requested that her pizza base be slapped with ketchup instead. Send her to the hounds.

Salt and Vinegar

One customer in Tallaght in Dublin asked the restaurant to “put plenty of salt and vinegar” on the order. I mean if it works for pizza, it must work for chips too right?

The Breath-stopper

One Donnybrook customer decided they definitely WEREN’T getting the shift tonight. She ordered toppings like tuna, anchovies, basil and garlic all over her pizza. Hope she had a good litre of mouthwash on standby.

Dessert or Dinner?

So sweet pizzas aren’t a new phenomenon but one Ballsbridge customer raised a few eyebrows when they requested a chocolate dessert pizza … topped with chilli flakes. Ok then.

“Ireland has an eclectic taste in pizza, and this is reflected in the diverse range of popular pizzas around the country, from the Spicy Devil to the Diablo” Joe Groves of Deliveroo told BreakingNews.

“Better still, it’s clear there is no fear of standing out from the crowd with these bizarre pizza orders. Luckily for them, we will always go above and beyond to cater to their needs.”

That’s for sure!
