Dúisigh Éire! Awaken Ireland!

The hugely anticipated National St. Patrick’s Festival programme has finally landed.

The stunning annual parade through Dublin city has always attracted thousands of people to the capital – but it’s only one facet of an amazing festival that ushers in the best celebration of Irishness anywhere in the world.

And without an ‘in-person’ event this year due to covid restrictions, the festival has kicked up a gear in 2021.

The theme of this year’s festival, running from 12th-17th March, is Dúisigh Éire! Awaken Ireland!

Organisers are creating what’s been described as a positive and uplifting celebration of our incredible people, our beautiful island, our community bonds, our young people, artists, creators and makers, and our diaspora across the world.

It’ll all take place on St. Patrick’s Festival TV (SPFTV) which will run from 12th-17th March.

And wait until you see the EPIC line-up!

The hilarious Foil, Arms and Hog and Michael Fry will have you in stitches.

There’s also huge names from the world of literature with legendary poet Pat Ingoldsby, treasured writers and broadcasters such as Marian Richardson, Brendan Balfe and Manchán Magan.
