The countdown to the Oscars is already under way with the release of a promo video for the event.
It features clips from some of the biggest movie releases of the year, including Wonder Woman, Get Out and Girls Trip, and promises "bigger moments" and "better surprises".
The Academy has also poked fun at the standout moment from the Oscars ceremony earlier this year when the wrong winner of Best Picture was announced.
Jimmy Kimmel will return to host the ceremony when it takes place next year.
