The star completed a 40 day stay last month but took to Instagram to tell fans that he will remain there as an outpatient in the hopes of staying sober.

It comes as the Good Will Hunting star finalised his divorce with Jennifer Garner, 46, who he shares children Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine, and Samuel, six with.
The 13 going on 30 star was the one who drove him to the Malibu treatment facility in August, following an emotional plea for him to get sober.
Ben has reportedly taken a step back from his relationship with 22-year-old Playboy model Shauna Sexton to focus on his recovery.
Meanwhile, now ex-wife Jennifer Garner has been spotted out with her new boyfriend John Miller.
Miller is six years her younger, and the CEO and chairman of holding company Cali Group.
