Singer and actress Miley Cyrus has separated from her husband, actor Liam Hemsworth, after less than a year of marriage.
A representative for the singer said the pair have agreed that a break is best for both of them.
They also say they remain 'dedicated parents to all of their animals'.
The pair met in 2009 and have been known for their on-again, off-again relationship.
