Last month a spokesperson confirmed that the Friends star had been rushed to hospital for emergency stomach surgery due to a hole that developed in his gastrointestinal tract.
Complications during the 49 year old actor's surgery resulted in a tracheostomy having to be performed.
The actor has since Tweeted to let fans know he's been in hospital for the past three months.
