The actress has highlighted the ridiculousness of the policy which means women have to wear high heels while walking the red carpet at the prestigious film festival.
After posing for the cameras at the premiere of BlacKkKlansman Kristen decided to whip off her Christian Louboutin shoes and climb the staircase in her bare feet.
While it's not exactly an act of rebellion it is a step in the right direction towards ditching this nonsensical rule, so well done Kristen!
