Need your fix of Peaky Blinders?

A new virtual reality game based on the famous TV show is in the making.

A digital entertainment company called Maze Theory has announced plans to develop a Peaky Blinders game suitable for PC, console and mobile devices. They're working on the action game called 'Peaky Blinders - The King's Ransom' and they say it'll feature the main characters such as Tommy, Arthur and Polly Gray as well as some well-known locations like The Garrison pub.

According to Tyla.com, the gaming company is also developing its range of Doctor Who games. They plan to launch new versions on PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Nintendo Switch and on mobile phone.

Both the Doctor Who expansion and the Peaky Blinders game are due to launch in early 2021.

CEO of Maze Theory, Ian Hambleton said:

"We know from feedback that fans of shows like Doctor Who and Peaky Blinders crave new and exciting experiences across multiple devices and interwoven stories that create an overall experience far surpassing that of a single game.

"The world is facing challenging times right now, but the gaming sector continues to be resilient in times of economic uncertainty.

"These investments and our new content initiatives enable us to grow our fanbase and drive our business forward. We remain as committed as ever to delivering brilliant gaming experiences."
