If your name is in any way unusual you're probably pretty used to having to correct mispronunciations and mis-spellings fairly regularly.
It can get quite annoying but most of the time you just have to grin and bear it, particularly at passport control!
For the person guilty of pronouncing or spelling a name wrong, being corrected can be a bit embarrassing, so that's why we're slightly red-faced after a tweet from Chrissy Teigen.
All this time we've been saying the model's surname as 'Tee-gen'...but it turns out we're wrong!
