There's speculation that one of his tracks, called Ever Since New York, is about his short-lived romance with the American singer.
Some social media users have claimed there's a similarity between it and Taylor's song Welcome To New York.
Harry, who's set for his first solo performance on Saturday Night Live tomorrow, will release his self-titled album on May 12th.
