Nicki Minaj has shown she can be seriously sound by helping out some college students.
The music star has offered to pay towards some people's tuition fees if they could prove that they were serious about studying and achieved good grades.
It all started on Twitter when Nicki offered her followers the chance to either come with her to the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas later this month or join her in the recording studio.
One person then asked her to help them out with the cost of tuition instead, and after Nicki seemed to agree, this led to a number of similar requests from others.
