It looks like Liam could follow in the footsteps of his former One Direction bandmate Harry Styles by taking on a movie role.
Liam is apparently in talks about a part in the Steven Spielberg remake of West Side Story.
(Source: @liampayne/Instagram)The legendary director has spent years trying to secure the rights to the musical and now, according to The Sun newspaper, he's trying to get Liam on board.
The 25 year old is said to be flattered that he's being considered for the part - if he takes it he'd be making a similar move to his old bandmate Harry, who appeared in the Christopher Nolan movie Dunkirk.
