“Your country needs you.”
More than 30,000 healthcare professionals who aren't already working in the healthcare system have responded to calls to assist Ireland during the Covid-19 crisis.
Following the Government's announcement that it expects a 30% increase in the number of Covid-19 cases confirmed in Ireland every day, the ''Be on call for Ireland'' campaign was launched on Tuesday.
The campaign is seeking help from healthcare professionals who are not already working in the public health service.
