The research by Overland Ireland looked at the number of photos geotagged at each pub to determine the results.
An Pucan rated highest coming in at number ten on the list while The Skeff, Tig Choili and Barr an Chaladh also made the cut.
Sean's Bar in Athlone rated Number 16 overall with over 6,000 geo-tagged posts while The Warehouse Bar and Kitchen did pretty decent too with almost 3,500 tags.
Dublin pubs dominated the list with the iconic Temple Bar coming out on top with over half a million geo-tags on Instagram.
