Well The Front Door in Galway has answered your prayers.
They're bringing back their Gin Pancakes for 2020. The special pancakes appeared on their menu last year and this year, they're back by popular demand.
This Pancake Tuesday (February 25th) from midday, the Front Door will be serving up thick fluffy pancakes with a Beefeater Pink Gin Infused Wild Berry Compote and Strawberry Cream. Our mouths are already drooling.
