First Dates Ireland, 9:30pm, RTÉ 2
Heart-warming Irish content at its absolute best. The Irish version of First Dates is always a treat and in tonight's episode, native Irish speaker Ailbhe from Donegal meets a PE teacher, Joe from Wicklow. Another date sees make-up artist Jake open up fellow Corkian and fashion design student Sean. Here's a sneek peek at tonight's offering:

The Hangover, ITV2, 9pm
The kind of tonic we all need these days. If you want a bit of silliness, a good belly laugh and a decent distraction, this is the one for you. The infamous trio played by Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis wake up after a stag in Las Vegas and desperately try to piece back together their memories from the night before.
High Road, Low Road, 8:30pm, RTÉ One
Need a break from reality? This travel show pairs off celebrities and sends them off on the adventure of a lifetime to far-flung destinations. One of them takes the High Road and enjoys first-class travel and luxuries while the other takes the Low Road and experiences the same destination with tighter pursestrings. Tonight, Des Bishop gets the first-class treatment in Tenerife while Joanne McNally sees the island on a budget.
Pitch Perfect 2, 6:45pm, Film 4
The second instalment of this series follows the Barden Bellas who are banned from national competitions. The girls attempt to bounce back and salvage their reputation by competing in the World Championships of A Cappella in Copenhagen.
