It's due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

This week's Late Late Show, which was due to be broadcast from Limerick, has been re-located to Dublin.

The decision is due to the current coronavirus situation and the plan to have a large crowd at the recording in the University Concert Hall.

The Late Late Show will now broadcast from Studio 4 in Donnybrook on Friday.

Taking to Twitter, the official Late Late Show account posted, "We are really sorry to say we cannot bring you the #LateLate show we planned for Limerick this Friday due to the national Covid 19 situation.''

"Instead our show will come from its usual home in Dublin. We cannot wait to be able to bring the #LateLate to Limerick in the future."

RTE says it will bring the show to Limerick at a later date.
