The Trade Exhibition online booking system is now open but a full refund's being offered on all bookings in case the championships have to be postponed.
Last year 300,00 people attended the annual event which was held in Ballintrane, Fenagh, Co Carlow, where it is due to be located again this year on 15 to 17 September.
On Tuesday, the government announced that mass gatherings of more than 5000 people will remain banned until at least August.
