Sonny Molloy’s in Galway city have released what is surely one of the most lavish Irish whiskey platters in the world.
‘The Prestige Platter’, it's absolutely perfect for special occasions and will set you back a cool €2,750 per platter - but for good reason.
Featuring a selection of the finest whiskey produced globally, you’ll get to sample a 35ml measure of the Midleton Pearl Very Rare 30th Anniversary, Midleton 1973 30 Year Old, Midleton 20th Anniversary and the Midleton 25 Year Old Pure Pot Still.
And just to top it off the whiskey is served in bespoke crystal tumblers, set on a 6,000 year old piece of hand carved bog oak sourced from the shores of Lough Corrib.
Now that's a whiskey platter.
