There's also a rainfall warning for eight counties.
A status yellow rainfall warning has been issued for eight counties from early tomorrow morning.
Met Éireann is forecasting heavy rain for Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow, Cork, Kerry, Tipperary and Waterford.
Heavy rain will push northeastwards on Wednesday with rainfall accumulations of 30-40mm expected with the risk of localised flooding.
It comes into effect at 4am on Wednesday until 7pm that evening.

Meanwhile, a status yellow wind warning has been issued for the whole country.
Southeast winds, turning southerly will reach gusts of 90-110km/h on Wednesday, strongest in coastal areas.
It comes into effect at 12pm on Wednesday afternoon until 11:59pm that night.
