According to TMZ, the couple have gone with a different surrogate to the woman who carried their daughter Chicago.
She's unavailable because she had her own baby on Christmas Eve.
Sources close to the reality star and rapper claim they had one more fertilised embryo left and their baby boy is due in May.
Kim and Kanye are also parents to North and Saint.
