1. Lizzie Mc Guire

Hilary Duff was goals. Lizzie Mc Guire followed the daily adventures of the teenager. Although, her real thoughts and emotions were expressed through her emoji-like alter-ego. Then, there was the movie.

2. Raven in "That's So Raven"

We all wished we had Raven's psychic powers.

3. Hannah Montana

We were all jealous of Hannah's double life; she could be a normal teenager and experience super-stardom too.

4. Molly in 'The Morbegs'

These two were like buddies to us all growing up.

Our Emma from iWork was even lucky enough to meet them when feeding a hippo at Dublin Zoo.

5. Angelica in "Rugrats"

This gal had so much sass, not to mention her 'sponsibilities.

6. Shadow in "Bear and the Big Blue House"

Her stories were sometimes sang: They were often joyous, but often sad too. She was super quirky and we adored her.

7. Ashley Spinelli and Gretchen Grudler in "Recess".

Ashley is one of the toughest girls on the playground. She watches wrestling and can be stubborn. Gretchen is super intelligent and even sometimes outsmart's teachers!

8. Sabrina, Zelda and Hilda in "Sabrina the Teenage Witch"

These three together were the definition of girl power.

6. Tia and Tamara in 'Sister Sister'.
