Jack got his first Tattoo at the tender age of 104

We've heard of an Apple a day keeps the Doctor away...but this sounds a whole lot better.

He holds the record for being the oldest person in the world to ride a roller-coaster. He's successfully completed three trial abseils. He was the oldest person to complete the 'Ice Bucket Challenge' at 102. And in 2018 he'll turn an incredible 106... Jack Reynolds is a marvel.

And the key to his long-jeopardy?

All the classic responses are in there... keeping active, getting fresh air and being surrounded by loving family, all that jazz.

Oh and Whiskey. Lots of Whiskey.

‘'He has a whisky in his tea every morning and two shots of Grouse in a glass with lemonade at night and swears by it,'’ youngest daughter Jayne Goodwin, 57, told Metro U.K.

‘'If we’ve got a cold or anything he straight away gives us a whisky, that’s his medicine and it’s not done him bad.’'

So does this mean if we have three shots of Whiskey a day - plus a little exercise - we'll be riding roller coaster's in our triple digits?

Jack you son of a gun! Where do we sign?
