Women are officially better drivers.
A study by price comparison site, Confused.com on Marie Claire, shows the ladies are better behind the wheel than the fellas.
The study looked at insurance, crime and driving test stats. It found that overall, the ladies are better on the road as women commited less driving offences. The fellas also outnumbered the gals when it came to drink driving offences and driving without tax or insurance.
The study done in the UK showed that last year, 79% of drivers in England and Wales who went to court for breaking driving laws were men.
Even though the ladies are far better behind the wheel, the research did say it takes women longer to get their licence. More women took their driving test than men in 2017, but fewer passed.
