This Mullingar-based company are on the lookout for two IT Helpdesk Engineers to work in their office.
The role - IT Helpdesk Engineer
In the fast-paced environment at INET Computer Solutions Ltd, you'll be installing, configuring and troubleshooting of software and hardware.
You'll have responsibility for service and allocated support tickets, making sure they're dealt with promptly and to the satisification of customers.
You'll be doing regular system security checks as well as recording and maintaining hardware and software inventories.
As a team member, you'll be working alongside technical staff, making sure the company has the highest quality of technical support for its customers.

You'll need the following to apply for this role:
- Relevant qualification and min 3+ years’ experience
- Appropriate level of competence in documented technical skills
- Industry standard accreditations desired – Microsoft MCSE/MCSA,MCP, A+, Network+ Cisco / - CCNA CCNP
