Laois Chamber is inviting Ukrainian refugees to its job fair next week

40 local and national companies will be there, including iRadio!

Laois Chamber are inviting Ukrainian refugees in the midlands to their upcoming jobs fair next week.

Where, When and Who?

On Tuesday, 12th April from 12pm to 8pm, lots of companies will have stands in the Midlands Park Hotel.

Around 40 local and national companies will be represented, and we'll even be there to say hello!

The jobs fair is sponsored by Laois and Offaly Education and Training Board and Local Enterprise Office Laois.

And it's for anyone in Laois and surrounding areas, with a special invite to Ukrainian refugees who have relocated to the midlands.

There'll be a Ukrainian hub at the Laois Chamber stand.

While there'll also be a Ukrainian translator available on the day to help anyone who needs help accessing training or employment opportunities.

Laois Chamber CEO, Caroline Hofman has said that they want to welcome Ukrainian refugees to Laois and surrounding areas.

While President of Laois Chamber, Alison Browne, said that they want to make the job search easier on those who'd joined the community.
