The appeal hearing was due in court today.
One of the teenage boys found guilty of the murder of 14-year-old Kildare schoolgirl Ana Kriégel, has sacked his lawyers ahead of an appeal against his conviction, reports the Irish Mirror.
Boy B's appeal against his conviction was due to take place today.
However, he has since reportedly dismissed his legal team and has sought the services of a new team of lawyers. They will be seeking a new date for hearing in due course.
Boy B and Boy A, whose identities cannot be revealed as they are children, were just 13-years-old when they murdered Ana in May 2018.
Boy A was also convicted of Ana's aggravated sexual assault in a manner that involved serious violence.
The earliest possible release date for Boy B is in June 2027.
