Croke Park is being enlisted to help with the shortage of accommodation for refugees.
Up to 140 Ukrainians are to be housed at GAA HQ from this weekend.
They will sleep in the executive suites, which are usually used for corporate hospitality.
The Department of Integration says it "wishes to express its gratitude to the GAA" for making the Dublin stadium available.
It says full catering, 24/7 security and other facilities will be provided to those staying at the stadium
It'll be a short-term arrangement though, just until January 18th to avoid a clash with any upcoming GAA matches.
In July of last year, the Department of Sport has asked sporting bodies to house Ukrainian refugees on a temporary basis.
The Aviva stadium was one venue used as temporary accommodation.
There were discussions about using a handball centre for accommodating refugees, but this is the first time the GAA’s main stadium will be used.
