A man in his thirties has been charged in connection to the seizure of 85 thousand five hundred euro worth of suspected cocaine in County Mayo.
Officers discovered the drugs in a rural location after observing a man retrieving drugs from the area yesterday afternoon.
5,500 euro worth of suspected cocaine, 1,400 euro in suspected cannabis, a suspected cocaine press and moulders were found during a follow up search in Ballinrobe.
The man is being held in Castlebar Garda Station and the drugs have been sent for forensic analysis.
He is due before Galway District Court later today.
