The viral star has over 2.6 million followers and 53 million likes on his TikTok page.
He rose to internet stardom by creating videos where he searches for trains and captures his excitement using a GoPro strapped to his face.
Now, UK station Channel 4 has asked the railway enthusiast to bring his expertise to the new series which will explore the British world of train spotting.
Each episode will feature a celebrity guest to star alongside Francis.
Some of the famous faces confirmed for the series include Irish comedian and actress Aisling Bea, Nottingham Forest footballer Jesse Lingard and Love Island's Chloe Burrows.
