The 34-year-old will appear at the same court on Tuesday.

A 34-year-old man has been charged in relation to the death of a woman in Co. Meath.
Daniel Blanaru of Rathmore, Athboy, Co. Meath, appeared before Judge Miriam Walsh at a special sitting of Trim District Court this evening.
The 34-year-old was charged with murdering his partner Larisa Serban at her home in Rathmore Co Meath.
The mother-of-two in her twenties was discovered dead at a house near Athboy shortly after 5.00am yesterday.
Judge Walsh remanded him in custody to appear via video link at the same court on Tuesday.
Local councillor David Gilroy says the incident happened in a very quiet area:
"It's essentially a church and then the school. There's a large rural hinterland around that epicentre but the house where the incident occurred would be in that immediate area, beside the church.
"Obviously it would be the specific area that people would associate with the townland of Rathmore although it does extend into a more rural hinterland."
