The Croke Park Residents Association say Garth Brooks is welcome to the area but only for three nights.
It’s believed talks are at an advanced stage for the country music legend to play three gigs in Croke Park next September.
It comes seven years after he had to pull out of five dates at the venue because of issues over the licence.
Patrick Gates from the Croke Park Residents Association says nobody wants a repeat of 2014.
"Any more than three concerts is certainly a real cause for concern for the residents just because Croke Park seem to be incapable of properly managing the events outside of the stadium, and it causes all sorts of problems in terms of public order.."
