At iRadio we love supporting local businesses across our region.

So much so, we have some free radio advertising campaigns in 2022 up for grabs.

iRadio is one of Ireland’s top youth radio brands who offer a wealth of on-mic talent and quality content.

They’ll be supported by GoLoud as they expand into the digital audio market.

The partnership entails licensing of existing and upcoming iRadio podcasts and will also include hosting, distribution, promotion, audience development and commercial representation via Media Central and audioXi.

Additionally, GoLoud Selects will offer iRadio's audience recommendations on the most talked about, bingeable and unmissable podcast listens, thereby further strengthening the Irish appetite for audio.

The first podcast to be released as part of this partnership will be Average Joe & The Pro, which will be available first on the
GoLoud App and all other major platforms.

About Average Joe & The Pro:
The Irish football podcast takes a look inside the dressing room (not literally) at all the shenanigans of our pro footballer guests.

Stories about wild nights out, stupid fights and the highs and lows of being a pro footballer. It’s not your standard football podcast,
we don’t care about fixtures, form or stats… we want the good stuff.

iRadio CEO, Mark Cunning said:
“The last 18 months has seen Irish audiences reaffirm their love of audio.
There's no shortage of great ideas around new audio projects and the talent to bring those ideas to life within our team at iRadio.

This partnership will provide reach and scale by bringing these new concepts to the vast GoLoud audience. I've watched our partners at Bauer Media Audio Ireland blaze a trail with podcast development in 2021 and I look forward to working closely with them in the years to come.”

Bauer Media Audio Ireland’s Group CEO, Simon Myciunka had this to say:
“This is an exciting announcement to wrap up an exceptional 2021 for GoLoud.

This partnership delivers further scale to the largest national footprint in digital audio. The pace of growth displayed by the team this year has not been limited to audience, it’s also evidenced in the many successful commercial opportunities secured for partners, the dedicated content development offered to creators and of course the many unmissable podcast series released across the year.”

GoLoud’s Head of Content Development, Dee Reddy added:
“This collaboration reaffirms our commitment to being the home of Irish podcasting. Through our GoLoud Creator Community, our Podship,
our commissioning opportunities and our podcaster partnerships we’ve already been able to collaborate with individual content creators and
independent producers alike.

Our first Network Partnership with iRadio now sees us offering this at scale to publishers, media companies and production houses. It’s yet another way for us to champion the best of Irish audio.”
