Half of men say they would be too embarrassed to get checked for testicular cancer.
The study from Movember also found that 1 in 5 men never check themselves for signs or symptoms.
It is aiming to banish the stigma around getting checked.
Movember is asking men to speak out about the topic to show it's not something that needs to be hidden away.
The study found 62% were unaware that it's the most common cancer in young men, and almost a third said they didn't know how to check.
