Public transport workers are expressing concern over their safety while full capacity is still in place on all services.

The National Bus and Railworkers Union wants the Transport Minister to reduce capacity on public transport to 50 per cent as soon as possible.
General Secretary of the NBRU, Dermot O'Leary, said Minister Eamon Ryan needs to deal with the problem urgently.
He's calling on the Minister to "look seriously" at it, and make a decision soon.
Public transport returned to 100% capacity on the 1st September, which was the first time it had been at that in over a year.

The Journal carried out an online poll on the day, asking "Are you comfortable getting public transport now it’s back to 100% capacity?"
Just over 40% of people said "No, 100% is too much", and that represented 5,106 people.
While just over 29% of people said they were happy with it, representing 3,629 people.
Some people even thought 75% capacity was too much - just over 13% of people.
