Happy days!!

Our last stint of summer is sticking with us for the week.

It's just so great to not have to say goodbye to the sun just yet!

Met Éireann are telling us that the good weather's expected to last for the rest of this week.

Temperatures are set to remain in the 20's for many areas.

Some sunny spells will develop later today, not the best of the days but sure look, we'll take it

Here's the week's forecast in one handy place for ya:

Today (Monday):

Rather cloudy and mostly dry, apart from isolated patches of drizzle.

It'll brighten up in places this evening with some sunny spells developing later.

Highest temperatures of 17 to 21 degrees

Tomorrow (Tuesday):

Some cloud and bits of drizzle, but there'll also be sunny spells, the best of which will be across Connacht and Ulster.

Highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees.

Wednesday:

A dry day overall.

Cloud will build during the day with some bright or sunny intervals.

Highest temperatures of 17 to 20 or 21 degrees.

Thursday:

Generally dry again, with just isolated drizzle patches.

There'll be variable cloud cover, with some sunny spells at times.

Highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees.

Not sure the weekend is gonna stay in the 20's so make the most of it!
