Staff shortages could have a big impact on the roll-out of the county's Covid-19 vaccination programme, according to the HSE.
An internal report seen by the Sunday Independent has raised serious concerns about the resources available for the national campaign.
It highlights the need for greater expertise and a worry about the readiness of its IT infrastructures.
