The incident happened early this morning.
A pedestrian in his 30s has died after being struck by a van in the early hours of this morning in Co Tipperary.
The collision occurred on the N62 between Horse and Jockey and Thurles at around 3am.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and a post mortem examination is due to take place.
The sole occupant of the van was uninjured.
