The daughter of former Gaelic football manager Mickey Harte was killed in Mauritius in 2011.
Two men have since apologised for their involvement in the video.
In a statement, John Bell and Andrew McDade said it was a matter of "deep shame and regret" to have been involved in broadcasting and singing about her murder.
In a separate statement, the Orange Order labelled the video "utterly abhorrent" - and said that "the orange institution condemns the content without reservation."
The statement went on to say that the behaviour not only has no place in the organisation but also in society.
The order confirmed it has instigated an inquiry in the wake of this.
Meanwhile police in the North have confirmed they're examining the video to determine IF any offences MAY have been committed.
