A lorry driver from Northern Ireland who's accused of the manslaughter of 39 people found in a truck in Essex has admitted plotting to assist illegal immigration.
Twenty-five-year-old Mo Robinson from Craigavon in County Armagh appeared before the Old Bailey in London this morning.
It was his cab that was attached to the trailer in which 39 Vietnamese people died last month.
Sky New's reporter Katie Spencer said he's only accepted two of the charges against him.
''Because we are at such an early stage, we didn't have a plea from him,'' she said.
''The prosecution and the defense both want to further digest the material that will be presented as part of this case''.
