Motorcyclist Killed In Co. Meath - Gardaí Appeal For Witnesses

The fatal crash between a motorcycle and a car happened in Co. Meath this afternoon.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a fatal road accident that happened in Co. Meath this afternoon.

At around 2pm, a car and a motorcycle collided at Mulpheddar in Clonard.

The motorcyclist, a man in his fifties was pronounced dead at the scene, and his body has been removed to Navan Hospital for a post-mortem examination.

The scene is being forensically examined and Gardaí are appealing to any witnesses to the incident, particularly any motorists with dash-cam footage, to contact them at Trim Garda Station on 046 9481540 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.
